1. We're Not Google, and We're Not Pretending to Be

Buy Reviews has no partnership, endorsement, or formal relationship with Google, Alphabet Inc., or Google Business Profile. Any reference we make to "Google reviews" simply describes the platform your reviews appear on — it's not a claim of affiliation. "Google" and related marks belong to Google LLC, not to us.

2. We Build Tools, We Don't Run the Platform

Our software — request links, QR codes, reminders, reporting — is built and maintained entirely by us, independently of Google's own systems. We have no ability to influence, edit, or intervene in how Google displays, ranks, or moderates reviews. What you see on your Google Business Profile is entirely Google's decision.

3. Be Realistic About Outcomes

We help you make it easy for real customers to leave real reviews — that's the whole service. We can't promise a specific review count, a target star rating, or any change to where you rank in local search, because those depend on your customers, your industry, and Google's own algorithm, none of which we control. Treat any figures in our marketing as typical examples, not commitments.

4. Sites You Reach Through Us Aren't Ours

Our platform sends your customers on to Google to leave their review, and our own website may link out elsewhere. The moment someone leaves Buy Reviews, they're covered by that other site's rules and privacy practices, not ours — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle data on our own end.

5. Following the Rules Is on You

We'll always steer you toward compliant, policy-safe ways to ask for reviews, but you're the one running your business and your customer relationships. Making sure your review requests stay within Google's guidelines and Australia consumer law is your responsibility, not something we can guarantee on your behalf. Nothing here is legal advice — get your own if you need it.

6. What We're Liable For, and What We're Not

We're not responsible for any action Google takes against your Business Profile, including suspensions or review removals, since those decisions sit entirely with Google. Our overall liability is capped by what's set out in our Terms of Service, not by anything in this page.
